Sinopse
Em Salvador, uma das cidades mais católicas do Brasil, um monge beneditino acorda cedo para sua meditação nos jardins do monastério. Chegando lá, Don Bento, o Abade do mosteiro, está amarrado em uma árvore, com flechas em seu corpo, morto como São Sebastião. Alguém parecia estar bem decidido a abalar a fé de toda uma cidade.
O Delegado Nero é chamado para comandar a investigação. Nero, já está beirando os 40, é conhecido por ser durão e trabalhador, mas agora tem que lidar com toda a cidade lhe pressionando e cobrando respostas.
Mais mortes, envolvendo mais padres, ocorrem pelas igrejas de Salvador. Todas seguindo o padrão da morte do Santo de cada Paróquia. O caso não sai das manchetes da mídia nacional e internacional. Com o caso sem respostas, Nero tem que enfrentar inúmeras teorias vindas de todos os lados.
Lina é uma jornalista que, ao saber do caso, abandona seu emprego em São Paulo, e consegue um novo serviço em um jornal local de Salvador. Lina fica obcecada pelas mortes do padre e vai atrás de Nero, em busca de respostas. Em meio a essa busca investigativa, o delegado Nero e a jornalista Lina começam a se aproximar. Nero vê em Lina uma jornalista com uma fome voraz pela verdade. Sob o stress da investigação, Nero e Lina começam a ter sentimentos um por outro. A moça tenta se manter neutra, tentando se afastar e esconder sua intimidade, mas acaba por estar sempre próxima do delegado, por conta do interesse nas investigações. Nero não se deixa pensar em um relacionamento por ver o êxito da investigação como prioridade.
Durante as investigações, Nero e Lina encontram potenciais suspeitos; como o Reverendo Matos, homem de muita fé, e que tem um passado ligado a igreja católica. Atualmente, porém, Matos é um importante líder evangélico de idéias controversas e que é acusado pelo clero local de roubar fiéis católicos para sua nova igreja cristã.
Há também a Dona Arminda, líder de um grupo de mulheres denominado Servas de Maria, que possuem posições ortodoxas quanto aos caminhos da igreja local, entrando em conflitos internos com padres que consideram fora do caminho e com novas igrejas pentecostais.
Em meio a lista de suspeitos surge também o Monsenhor Francisco, homem que comunga de uma fé mais liberal. É conhecido por participar de festas com garotas de programa e beber. Membros da igreja o acusam de fazer vista grossa para a cultura mundana que invade os valores da igreja. Sua vida devassa, porém, é uma distração para esconder que é um membro da Opus Dei.
As suspeitas também podem recair sobre o jovem Lucas, noviço recém chegado nas paróquias da capital baiana, e que tem chamado atenção de alguns membros do clero pela quantidade de perguntas e interesse sobre a vida de outros padres.
Neste emaranhado de suspeitos, também há um personagem que desembarca na cidade vindo do exterior. Sobre este nada se sabe, somente que só se deixa aparecer por detalhes do corpo.
O que estaria por trás das mortes que tem como pano de fundo a fé? O que estaria guardado a sete chaves nas igrejas da Bahia?
É em meio a este emaranhado de histórias que se cruzam, crimes, encontros amorosos, profanação, suspense e investigação que pulsa essa intrigante série de ficção e suspense investigativo que a OnMoveOn Filmes pretende trazer aos telespectadores.

Synopsis
In Salvador, one of the most Catholic cities in Brazil, a Benedictine monk ( from catholic church) wakes up early for his meditation in the gardens of the monastery. When he arrived in the gardens, Don Bento, the priest of the monastery, is tied in a tree, with arrows in his body, dead like San Sebastian. Someone was trying to shake the faith of a whole city.
Sheriff Nero was appointed to lead the investigation. Nero, already in his late forties, is known for being tough and hardworking, but now he has to deal with the whole city pressing him and trying to get answers of what happened. Other murders involving priests happen on the churches of Salvador ... All following the pattern of the death of the Saint of each Church. The case is in the national and international media headlines. With the case unanswered, Nero has to face countless theories coming from all sides.
Lina is a journalist. When she got to know this case, she quits her job in São Paulo and gets a new job in a local newspaper in Salvador. Lina becomes obsessed with the priest's death and goes after Nero for answers. In this pursuit, Nero and the Lina started to get closer. Nero sees in Lina a journalist with a voracious hunger for the truth. Under the stress of the investigation, Nero and Lina begin to feel the love between them. The girl tries to stay neutral, trying to get away and hide her feelings and her life but ends up being always close to the sheriff because of her interest in the investigations. Nero does not allow himself to think about such things because he thinks that the success of the investigation is a priority.
During the investigations, Nero and Lina find potential suspects; like Reverend Matos, a man with a great faith, but who has a past connecting him with the Catholic Church. Today, however, Matos is an evangelical leader with controversial ideas and is accused by local clergy of stealing Catholic members to his new Christian church.
There is also Dona Arminda, leader of a group of women called Maria Servants, which have orthodox thoughts on how the local churches should be. They always get in trouble with priests they consider out of Christian life. Also, the members of the new Pentecostal churches usually get attacked by these womans.
In the list of suspects there is also Monsignor Francisco, a man who shares a more liberal faith. He is known to go to parties with prostitutes, alcoholic drinks and drugs. Church members charge him of getting blind to the dirty culture that takes place in the values of the church. His sin life, however, is a way of hiding that he is a member of Opus Dei.
The investigation can also reach the young Lucas, a novice that newly arrived in the parishes of the capital of Bahia, who has called attention from some members of the clergy because of the amount of questions and interest in the lives of other priests.
What would be behind the murders that have faith as background? What would be hide in the churches of Bahia?
